Nothing Bundt Cakes in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Manager and team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, bakery quality, and smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on developing team performance, driving sales, and maintaining NbC standards. You will help coach staff, improve productivity, and support promotion opportunities within the growing brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Manager, General Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards.
