Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader in Columbus, OH to work with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to maintain the highest quality cakes and an inviting guest experience. You will share in team leadership, help drive sales and profitability, and ensure all bakery operations align with NbC standards.

Formación

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

• Collaborate with bakery management to drive sales and profitability and execute day‑to‑day responsibilities in NbC standards.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
