Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Heath, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to deliver the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and a superior guest experience.

You will share in team leadership, help drive sales and profitability, execute day-to-day operations, and ensure all NbC standards are met while reinforcing the brand’s culture for teammates and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success coaching others, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards.
