Jersey Mike's Subs in Hoover, AL is seeking a Part Time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth shifts and guest service excellence.

You will lead a small crew, manage opening and closing tasks, and support training while maintaining reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) shifts and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
