Jersey Mike's in Gardendale, AL is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations when managers are absent. The role involves guiding a small crew, ensuring opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintaining smooth service.

You will provide clear communication with guests and team members, support training, and uphold scheduling reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Salary Range: $13.00 To $16.00 Annually

Position Summary
