Jersey Mike's Madison, AL is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

You will lead a team of 2-5 crew members, manage opening and closing tasks, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. The role pays $13.00-$17.00 per hour and offers an Early Pay Benefit. Must be 18+ and able to work mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
