Jersey Mike's Subs in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Part Time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the GM. The role requires leading a small crew and ensuring smooth shifts.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, manage opening/closing tasks, and maintain schedules. At least 1 year of restaurant experience and ability to work mornings and evenings are required; 18+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Must be 18 years of age or older
