Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing environment.
• Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Open and/or close the store following established procedures and checklists.
• Monitor food quality, preparation standards, and presentation consistency.

• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
