Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and supervisors.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week in the restaurant, actively participating on the floor alongside your team.
• Have availability for both opening and closing shifts as needed.
• Proactively address operational challenges and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Maintain a food-safe and team member-safe environment.
• Set daily goals, own issues, and provide in-the-moment coaching to Supervisors and Team Members.
• Support Supervisors in effectively running their areas and foster Chick-fil-A Rincon culture.
