• Experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager is helpful.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken are important.
• Ability to train new hires and set the shift tone.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and act as a role model for our team.
