Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused and motivated.

Under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of shift execution and help drive results through strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Follow cash control procedures, help manage inventory, and assist with truck orders to support profitability.
