Rally House in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, motivate the team, and model service behaviors during shifts.

You will coach teammates, support onboarding, manage daily routines, and help ensure merchandising standards, guest focus, and event promotion.

Must be 18+, 1–2 years retail, and available 10–20 hours weekly including weekends and local sports events; physical duties apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and train new team members and provide in‑the‑moment coaching.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution and service coverage.
• Lead merchandising recovery, fixture resets, and visual standards throughout the day.
• Guide teammates on service behaviors, handle escalated customer concerns, and support promotions and events.
