Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team, set the pace on the floor, and keep shifts energized. You will direct tasks, coach colleagues in service standards, and create an engaging guest experience with clear, energetic leadership.

You’ll help with onboarding, merchandising execution, and daily operations while driving sales through guest focus. Availability is 10 to 20 hours per week, including day, night, and weekend shifts; pay range is $17.00–$19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication, including coaching and feedback.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail.
• Understanding of retail operations, service standards, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities
