Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events

Responsibilities

• People: onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Operations: prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
• Escalate operational risks to leadership quickly.
• Merchandising: lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets; maintain standards.
• Service: lead the floor to ensure coverage and guest focus; reinforce the Party service model.
• Results: drive sales during shifts and coach teams to maximize guest opportunities.
• Support execution of promotions and events
