Qualifications

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Oversee guest experience and maintain NbC standards.
• Coordinate cake production, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Open/close bakery and handle cash deposits.
• Support recruiting and training of team members.
