Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in human services is required.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with case management and shelter operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotating coverage to Shelter program staff and manage facilities during shifts.
• Document participant interactions and maintain eligibility and demographic records.
• Support volunteers and supervise shifts, ensuring safety and cleanliness of facilities.
• Coordinate with staff to deliver housing stability and support services to participants.
• Maintain front desk duties and assist with intakes, donations, and outreach.
