Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in human services, shelter, or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct client services for assigned shifts.
• Maintain logs, records, and statistics with the team.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure data entry into program databases.
• Support staff with scheduling, coverage, and shift transitions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment for staff and clients.
