Job summary

Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) Compass Housing Alliance division seeks a Program Supervisor 1 to oversee a housing support program in Seattle. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure positive outcomes for residents transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing.

Join a trauma-informed team focused on collaboration with managers, partners, and funders. The role emphasizes data quality, documentation, and continuous program improvement, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Experience in human services with housing instability/ supportive housing.
• Experience supervising staff and scheduling.
• Knowledge of case management, crisis counseling, advocacy, and referrals.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the program.
• Liaise with community services, City and County staff, and partner agencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics for funders.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain required logs and records.
• Provide crisis counseling and case management support to participants.
• Lead program meetings and trainings; enforce agency policies.
