Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness or substance abuse; at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have CPR and Certificate of Fitness for a Fire Guard, F-80, or obtain within 90 days of starting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially e-mail, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clinical staff regarding shift issues by reviewing logs and staff observations.
• Participates in weekly social service meetings as liaison to operations staff.
• Conducts supervisory meetings with all RA supervisors to ensure consistent procedures across shifts.
• Ensures all incidents are recorded in the Logbook and appropriately notified to management.
• Reviews incidents with staff to ensure quality control and escalate as needed.
• Ensures electronic shift summaries are completed and incident reports are input coherently.
• Oversees client storage room and reviews records for accuracy.
• Oversees the Callahan room to ensure records and supplies are up-to-date.
• Provides direct assistance to clients, helping them adhere to daily schedules and activities.
