Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years’ experience with low-income/at-risk/homeless individuals or vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Driver’s License with a clear record is required.
• In-person, on-site work with travel to multiple locations may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents to ensure safety and program adherence.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and professional boundaries.
• Document incidents and prepare thorough incident reports.
• De-escalate situations using positive behavioral techniques.
• Assist residents with intake, bed assignments, and supplies.
• Coordinate with staff and volunteers to meet client needs.
