Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
• Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
• May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
