Qualifications

• Experience in shelter operations or similar facility management.
• Strong ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance and safety tasks.
• Proven communication skills and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shelter operations to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coordinate maintenance and security with directors and external vendors.
• Report bed vacancies and ensure regulatory compliance with DHS and city/state rules.
• Develop protocols for maintenance, security, and emergency response.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and relationships with contractors.
