The role emphasizes trauma-informed, resident-centered service delivery, staff onboarding and ongoing training, policy adherence, and collaboration with Case Management and Housing teams to maintain safe, supportive shelter operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in shelter operations or residential services.
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and coordinate across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shelter operations across all shifts.
• Coach Shelter Leads and Assistants; assist onboarding and ongoing training.
• Monitor compliance with agency policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Case Management and Housing teams to support residents.
• Review safety procedures, incident reports, and risk controls.
• Promote trauma-informed, resident-centered approaches in service delivery.
