Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Assistant Lead and Ambassadors; coach and train staff.
• Maintain staffing coverage; manage weekly shift schedules and absences.
• Record keeping: maintain documentation and log on-site incidents; contribute to huddle notes.
• Administrative support: coordinate with Operations Supervisor and program staff; ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in staff trainings and meetings; support guest services and community coordination.
