The Salvation Army is seeking an Operations Lead for the Anaheim Emergency Shelter. You will supervise the front desk staff, coordinate shift coverage, and support guest services while ensuring safety and operational efficiency on-site.

You will collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to implement site policies, manage staff training, and uphold the organization's mission and values in daily duties. This role requires proactive communication and crisis response readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating homeless services or shelter leadership.
• Must be physically and mentally capable to meet job demands.
• Must align with The Salvation Army Christian mission and values.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop Assistant Lead and Ambassadors.
• Provide guidance for staff development and scheduling.
• Facilitate staff meetings and coordinate training.
• Maintain confidential operational data and documentation.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with internal/external entities.
• Support program staff for guest services coordination.
