Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee shelter guests and complete required paperwork per procedure.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage crises; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Supervise common areas, dorms, lounges, laundry and kitchen duties; ensure smooth operations.
