Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in a shelter environment preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Safe from Harm guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily paperwork is completed per procedure.
• Supervise shelter areas and enforce non-discriminatory policy.
• Assist with meal planning and kitchen duties as needed.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage crises with strong communication.
• Conduct resident checks and maintain security and safety.
• Perform general office duties and participate in trainings.
