Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise common areas, dorms, lounges, and laundry facilities.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage crises with calm, clear communication.
• Track resident medications and assist with kitchen duties when needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings; perform various duties as assigned.
