Job summary

YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is seeking a skilled leader to coordinate and oversee DV crisis and residential services. The role includes supervising PRN and part-time DV Advocates, guiding onboarding and ongoing training, and ensuring day-to-day shelter operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a 24-hour setting, trauma-informed care knowledge, and a commitment to supporting survivors and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/management experience.
• Training in crisis intervention, domestic violence, or trauma-informed care preferred.
• Experience in managing a 24-hour residential program or shelter operations.
• Experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling for a 24-hour crisis office and shelter operations.
• Provides on-call leadership support to DV Advocates as needed.
• Supervises PRN and part-time DV Advocates and ensures adequate coverage.
• Coaches staff and conducts performance management for advocates.
• Ensures documentation and data quality in accordance with policies.
• Leads training, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Oversees security systems and facility access control.
