YWCA South Hampton Roads is looking for a Director of Survivor Advocacy & Crisis Response to lead counseling and victim advocacy services. This leader will ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centered support is provided, and will develop strategic partnerships within the community.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree and have at least 5 years of nonprofit leadership experience focused on domestic violence advocacy. The position offers a salary range of $65,000-75,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
