Job summary

The Salvation Army Midland Division Alton Shelter in Alton, IL is seeking a Shelter Case Manager to provide case management services to shelter clients and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

This full-time position (40 hours/week) requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least one year of human services experience, with duties including intake, data entry in SIMS, and coordinating referrals and housing options.

Responsibilities

• Develop discharge plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies.
