Promise Resource Network in Charlotte, NC seeks a Community Inclusion and Tenancy Supervisor to provide direct supervision, coaching, and operational oversight to Community Inclusion Specialists and Tenancy Peer Support Specialists serving Shelter Care Plus and related housing programs.

The role focuses on timely, high-quality, person-centered services that support community participation, housing transitions, stability, and long-term community tenure.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist credential or eligibility to become certified within the timeframe established by PRN.
• Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery consistent with peer-support values and certification requirements.
• At least three years of experience providing peer support, community inclusion, tenancy support, supportive housing, or related behavioral health services.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support to Community Inclusion Specialists and Tenancy Peer Support Specialists.
• Conduct regular individual supervision and team meetings focused on service quality, professional development, workload, and program goals.
• Support the onboarding, orientation, and training of new Community Inclusion Specialists and Tenancy Peer Support Specialists.
• Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback, guidance, recognition, and development support.
• Promote a collaborative team culture consistent with PRN's mission, values, recovery philosophy, and peer-support principles.
• Coordinate schedules, caseload distribution, workload balancing, and coverage in partnership with the Manager.
• Assist the Manager with performance evaluations, performance improvement, and corrective action processes as assigned.
