Reworld is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead, implement, and sustain a comprehensive SHE program across our facility. You will partner with operations to ensure OSHA compliance, drive safety culture, and oversee training and incident investigations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-4+ years of occupational health and safety experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and state safety regs.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST, or CHST are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all aspects of the facility's SHE programs with safety excellence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910/1926 regulations and safety requirements.
• Monitor program effectiveness via KPIs, audits, field observations, and inspections.
• Lead investigations of incidents including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage facility safety training programs and contractor compliance.
• Coach and motivate employees on safe work practices and safe conditions.
• Oversee contractor safety performance and temporary workers’ safety.
• Coordinate occupational health programs including medical surveillance and examinations.
• Support environmental compliance activities including permits and reporting.
• Lead safety committees and drive continuous improvement.
