Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead our facility's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) program. You will ensure OSHA compliance, manage incident investigations, and drive continuous safety improvements across operations and maintenance teams.

Reporting to the Regional Safety Manager and Facility Manager, you will oversee training, regulatory documentation, and contractor safety performance, fostering a culture of injury-free operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industrial experience in safety/OSH.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations.
• Experience supporting industrial operations and maintenance teams.
• Preferred safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST or CHST.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's SHE program, ensuring OSHA compliance and continuous improvement.
• Run incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and regulatory documents.
• Oversee safety training, alerts, and contractor compliance requirements.
• Coach employees and contractors on safe work practices and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to manage contractor safety performance.
