Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead and sustain a comprehensive SHE program at the facility level. You will ensure OSHA compliance, oversee training, incident investigations, and environmental stewardship while partnering with operations and maintenance for safe, reliable performance.

This leadership role emphasizes regulatory adherence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4+ years in occupational health and safety in industrial settings preferred.
• OSHA 1910/1926 knowledge and state regulations.
• Professional safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST, CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facility’s SHE programs aligning with Reworld standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety policy; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate incident investigations (accidents, near-misses, first-aid) and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, training, and regulatory documentation.
• Educate and coach employees and contractors on safe work practices.
• Collaborate with facility leaders to oversee contractor safety and health programs.
• Support environmental compliance activities and cross-functional safety initiatives.
