Reworld Waste is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the facility’s safety programs, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive audits, investigations, and improvement initiatives across departments, partnering with leadership to embed a strong safety culture.

The role requires 8+ years of safety management in heavy industry, deep knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Evening/weekend coverage may be needed to support operations and outages.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or experience may be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of safety management experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., VPP) and safety software.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel up to 20%.
