Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing or internal communications experience.
• Intranet management experience using SharePoint as a communication platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s SharePoint-based intranet.
• Create and distribute internal communications, announcements, and employee engagement content.
• Maintain content calendars and communication plans.
• Improve communication workflows through Microsoft 365 tools and automation.
• Manage internal outage and incident communications.
• Create and maintain content for digital signage and internal campaigns.
• Train internal stakeholders on content publishing best practices.
• Ensure content aligns with brand, quality, and communication standards.
