Job summary
Core Specialty is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator specialized in SharePoint Online to lead delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration services in Cincinnati, OH. This role will own architecture, governance, and provisioning, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The candidate will monitor service health, manage Entra ID, onboarding/offboarding, and roll out new SharePoint features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration with SharePoint Online in M365/Office 365
- Experience supporting end users on collaboration platform issues in an enterprise
- Experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (file shares, legacy SP, tenant-to-tenant)
- Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments and contributing to sprint cadences
- Maintaining documentation and contributing to knowledge bases/runbooks
Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day ops of SharePoint Online and OneDrive, plus Exchange Online and Teams
- Own SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and site lifecycle management
- Monitor service health, respond to alerts, coordinate with Microsoft support for incidents
- Manage Entra ID provisioning, licensing, and access reviews per IT policy
- Mentor junior admins and helpdesk staff on SharePoint support and escalation handling
