Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of IT Communications & Digital Operations to shape strategy, governance, and execution of SHI's IT communications.

You will own the SharePoint-based intranet and Microsoft 365 communications, collaborating with IT, Security, Risk, HR, and Internal Communications to deliver timely, relevant information to employees. You will drive governance of SharePoint content, platform adoption, and continuous improvement of the employee experience through MS 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal IT communications, intranet management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online environments, governance frameworks, and content architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide IT communication strategies that support technology initiatives, system implementations, platform changes, and employee adoption.
• Lead communications for planned technology updates, outages, maintenance events, and service disruptions.
• Establish content architecture governance and communication standards for IT and technology-related messaging.
• Create and manage communication plans supporting digital transformation initiatives and employee technology adoption.
