Job summary

Va Physicians For Women is seeking an Internal Communications & Learning Specialist. The role manages SharePoint intranet, creates digital content, and develops training videos to support onboarding and ongoing employee development.

You will tailor internal communications, publish policies, and collaborate with HR, IT, Operations and Clinical leadership. A strong eye for detail and project management helps balance multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years in internal communications, learning and development, or SharePoint administration preferred.
• Experience developing training materials or educational resources.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience creating digital learning materials and training videos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SharePoint intranet administrator, monitor content for usability and branding.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries.
• Publish internal announcements, policies, trainings, newsletters and updates.
• Organize digital content libraries and repositories for easy navigation.
• Create and edit training videos and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, IT and HR leadership on training initiatives.
• Develop PDFs for EMR workflows (ModMed) to support clinical processes.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and escalate complex ones to IT partners.
