Job summary

gFiber is seeking a Head of SFU Bulk Implementation to lead our SFU Bulk business and scale through a repeatable framework. You will align strategy, sales, network planning, legal, and customer experience to drive partnerships and regional execution.

The role requires strong governance, problem-solving, and collaboration across Greenfield, Product, Engineering, and Regional Market Teams to deploy go-to-market strategies and pre-provisioned network architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of business development, sales leadership, or program management experience in telecommunications / fiber.
• 3 years of direct experience structuring, negotiating, and closing bulk telecommunications agreements with HOAs, developers, and homebuilders.
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments across sales, engineering, network planning, legal, greenfield development, and finance.
• Financial acumen with ROI models, IRR calculations, sales incentives, and capital expenditure assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own National Program Architecture & Playbooks: single point of national program ownership for SFU Bulk, author playbooks and MSA frameworks to scale.
• Opportunity pre-qualification & business case development: lead financial and operational evaluation of bulk leads and market opportunities.
• Sales enablement: act as central hub routing opportunities based on decision criteria and network status.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Greenfield, Expansion, Strategic Network Planning and Service Delivery teams to evaluate opportunities and connectivity options.
• Champion product readiness & go-to-market execution with Product, Engineering, and Regional Market Teams; drive deployment of pre-provisioned network architecture.
• Conduct competitive intelligence & footprint mining using FCC filings, land data, and market intel.
