gFiber is hiring a Head of SFU Bulk Implementation to lead our SFU Bulk business nationwide. You will build an operational engine linking strategy, sales, network planning, legal, and customer experience, acting as the central hub in a hub-and-spoke model.

You’ll mentor regional sales reps and drive partnerships across markets. You’ll collaborate with Greenfield, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deploy go-to-market playbooks and ensure smooth handovers of pre-provisioned network architecture

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of business development, sales leadership, or program management experience in telecommunications.
• 3 years structuring, negotiating, and closing bulk agreements with HOAs, developers, and homebuilders.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across sales, engineering, network planning, legal, finance.
• Financial acumen with ROI models and capital expenditure assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Own National Program Architecture & Playbooks for SFU Bulk.
• Lead pre-qualification & business case development for bulk leads.
• Sales enablement: route opportunities based on criteria and network status.
• Collaborate with Greenfield, Expansion, Strategic Network Planning & Service Delivery teams.
• Champion product readiness and GTM execution; deploy pre-provisioned network architecture with smooth handovers to local sales.
• Conduct competitive intelligence using FCC filings, land data, and market insights.
