Job summary

gFiber is seeking a Finance Manager to support growth by delivering financial analysis and managing FP&A processes in partnership with Executive Leadership. You will track performance, model scenarios, and influence decisions on pricing, product launches, and marketing efficiency for fiber deployment.

The role emphasizes forecasting, month-end close, KPI reporting, and building models to understand multiple commercial scenarios. Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years FP&A and/or Investment Banking/management consulting experience.
• 5 years building financial and business models with emphasis on product and financial strategies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and business plans with executives to drive productivity and allocate resources.
• Execute core FP&A responsibilities, including month-end close with accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver monthly insights on financial performance with KPIs for leadership.
• Develop financial models to assess scenarios and commercial deals.
• Exercise sound judgment and re-prioritize demands to align with priorities.
