Job summary

gFiber seeks a seasoned Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy to lead branding, growth marketing, and executive communications. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, align brand initiatives with product and technology, and drive accelerated growth across residential and commercial segments.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional influence and vendor management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in brand strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, or communications for a consumer product, B2C technology or B2C telecommunications company.
• Experience operating at an executive level with direct engagement with C-suite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead branding, growth marketing and communications strategy for gFiber.
• Direct creative production across media and manage budgets and agencies.
• Drive year-over-year customer growth and go-to-market plans across markets.
