gFiber is seeking a seasoned leader to join the Customer Engagement team as Director of Brand & Marketing Strategy. This role sits at the nexus of brand, product, growth marketing, and corporate communications, and is accountable for accelerating customer and market growth through excellence in brand strategy, go to market planning and execution, and communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in brand strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, communications or a related field for a consumer product, B2C technology or B2C telecommunications company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and execute complex programs in a highly ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated experience operating at an executive level, with a track record of driving strategic outcomes through direct engagement with C-suite leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of writers, designers, publicists and creatives to craft and evolve gFiber’s differentiated brand narrative and visual identity system.
• Oversee brand governance and safeguard consistency across content and campaigns.
• Direct creative production across media, managing budgets, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive go-to-market planning and strategies to accelerate customer growth.
• Collaborate with executives on media planning, external communications, and brand partnerships.
