Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to provide analytical and operational support for company-wide capital reinvestment programs across 16 markets. You will drive field execution, leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize NOI performance, and partner with corporate, field teams, and external investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or related field.
• Experience in financial/data analysis, investment analysis, or asset management preferred.
• Experience with SFR/real estate markets and lifecycle management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science techniques is expected.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI for dashboards and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to execute capital reinvestment programs across markets.
• Track capital deployment and program performance at asset and market levels; ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
• Review project proposals per established processes and authority levels.
• Develop market-level business plans including ROI analysis and hold/sell strategies.
