Qualifications

• Financial modeling, business analytics, or real estate experience required; Python/SQL & data viz tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to execute capital reinvestment programs across markets.
• Track and report capital deployment and program performance at asset and market levels.
• Review and approve project proposals per established processes and authority levels.
• Develop market-level business plans including ROI analysis and hold/sell strategies.
