Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Specialist of Asset Management to provide analytical and operational support for capital reinvestment across 16 markets. You will drive field execution, leverage AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with corporate and field teams as well as external investors to optimize asset-level NOI.

The role requires experience in residential SFR and strong financial modeling using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to execute capital reinvestment programs across markets.
• Track capital deployment and program performance at asset and market levels.
• Review project proposals for compliance with established processes, workflows, and authority levels.
• Develop market-level business plans including renovation ROI analysis, hold/sell recommendations, and reinvestment strategies.
