Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Specialist of Asset Management to support capital reinvestment programs across 16 markets. You will leverage advanced analytics, AVMs, and AI-assisted tools to optimize NOI, track capital deployment, and collaborate with field teams and investors.

The role requires a finance/real estate background, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Python/SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics, or related field required.
1-3 years of financial/data analysis, investment analysis, or asset management experience preferred.
Familiarity with SFR market dynamics, asset lifecycle management, and data-driven decisions.
Financial modeling, business analytics, or related real estate experience required.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; experience with AI tools is a plus.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with operations to expand capital reinvestment programs across markets.
Track and report capital deployment and program performance at asset and market levels.
Review and approve project proposals per established processes and authority levels.
Support market-level business plans including ROI analysis and hold/sell strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other platforms.
Analyze data from internal systems to identify trends and forecast NOI and rent growth.
Provide financial guidance through KPI analysis and capital return metrics.
