Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks an Asset Management Specialist to analyze and support capital reinvestment across a 16-market SFR portfolio. You will drive field execution, leverage AI-assisted tools, and partner with teams and investors to optimize NOI. Strong data skills and real estate experience are required to inform hold/sell decisions.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Asset Management and requires collaboration across corporate and field teams. 1–3 years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of financial/data analysis, investment analysis, or asset management in SFR/institutional real estate preferred.
• Experience with data visualization in Tableau or Power BI preferred.
• Working proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; familiarity with AI tools a plus.
• Understanding of SFR market dynamics, NOI, cap rates, IRR, hold/sell analyses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to execute capital reinvestment programs across markets.
• Track capital deployment and program performance at asset and market levels.
• Review project proposals for compliance with processes and authority levels.
• Develop market-level business plans, ROI analyses, and reinvestment strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.
